OLS Ltd
OLS delivers intelligent access control integrated with ClubRight, OpenEye CCTV/VSS, and turnstiles, enabling secure 24/7 entry, real-time monitoring, and seamless multi-site management.
About OLS
An award-winning, SSAIB-accredited security integrator delivering cloud-based access control, video surveillance and remote support across the UK, Ireland and internationally — combining technical expertise with a proactive, service-led approach.
Solving real pain points
OLS addresses unauthorised access, limited operating hours, health & safety compliance and tailgating — through centralised access permissions, automated entry, audit logs and integrated CCTV, real-time alerts and remote diagnostics.
Entry systems built for 24/7 sites
OLS fit access control for gyms and leisure sites, with a focus on clubs that stay open when nobody is behind the desk. The range covers turnstiles, automatic security pods and biometric readers, and can be tied in with CCTV so you can see who came through and when. Being cloud-based means checking a site from your phone rather than driving over to look at a log on the office PC.
Closing the obvious leaks
The everyday problem with unstaffed access is not break-ins. It is members letting a mate in behind them, or passing a fob to someone who is not paying. Anti-passback and one-person-one-entry rules close that off. Entry data also shows when your genuinely busy hours are, which is worth knowing before you commit to another instructor or a second squat rack.
Survey first, then install and maintain
Every job starts with a site survey rather than a quote off a floor plan, and OLS handle installation, maintenance and ongoing support themselves. The company is based in Doncaster, registered in England as company number 07848669, with over fifty years of combined experience across the team, and recently won SME Employer of the Year at the South Yorkshire Apprenticeship Awards.
What the hardware costs
OLS quote every job after a site survey, but as a rough guide an access-controlled door starts from around £1,850 installed, a half-height turnstile from around £3,400, a full-height turnstile from around £7,000, and speed gates from around £9,000, all plus VAT. Ongoing remote support runs from £15 a month per entry point. The full price guide, covering every option from intercoms to CCTV, is available to download at the top of this page.
