Questions studio owners ask.

Can students book and pay for classes themselves?

Yes. Students book, pay and check in from your branded app or website, 24/7. Waiting lists fill empty mats on their own, and reminders cut no-shows — so classes fill without going through you.

Does it handle class passes and memberships?

Both. Sell class passes, drop-ins and rolling memberships on Direct Debit or card. Passes count down automatically, and failed payments are retried and chased for you.

Do you take a percentage of what I collect?

No. Your plan is one flat monthly fee from £79. Direct Debit collections are a low, flat 40–45p each, never a percentage of your takings. If you also take card payments, they’re a standard 1.85% + 20p.

We’re on another booking app. Is switching a hassle?

No. Send us what you’ve got and our team brings your students and their payments across — existing Direct Debits come with them, so nobody re-signs. No contract, no setup fee.

Is my data — and my students’ money — safe?

Yes. In the UK, payments run on FCA-regulated infrastructure — Direct Debit through London & Zurich and cards through UNIPaaS — and everything’s handled by our UK-based team with UK data handling.

What if I get stuck?

A UK-based support team of real, named people answers by chat, phone and email, with a first response typically under 17 minutes.
