Your current software
manages your club.
ClubRight grows it.

You didn’t switch last time because it felt too risky — the migration, the disruption, the what-ifs. We get it. That’s exactly why we handle every part of the move for you, free of charge — and you decide when to go live, at your own pace.

What's really stopping you?

Everything you're worried about,
answered honestly.

You didn't switch last time for real reasons. Here's the straight answer to each one.

“Am I going to mess my members about?”

The migration is ours to get right, not yours.

Members, payment history and mandates transfer across intact, handled in-house — no gap, nothing chaotic. Members don't re-authorise payments or re-enter any details; the one thing they'll do is download your new app and set up in a couple of minutes.

“Will the money still come in while we switch?”

No gap in collections, and no members re-signing anything.

Your existing GoCardless or Stripe mandates carry straight over — members don't have to re-authorise anything, and your collections never pause.

“It's not broken — is it really worth the hassle right now?”

The hassle is ours. You choose the timing.

We run the whole migration for you, free — and you go live when it suits you, whether that's now, after a refit, or once the New Year rush is over.

“Will I just be left to figure it out on my own?”

Never. A real person gets you live.

Same-day access and training, a dedicated onboarding contact, and a UK team on the phone afterwards — not just a login and a link to the help docs.

“Won't I just get tied in again?”

No contract, 30 days' notice, no surprise pricing.

No minimum term and no setup fee. Leave with 30 days' notice if it ever stops working for you — and our pricing is published in the open, not hidden.

“Will it actually work with my access control?”

We check it works before you commit.

ClubRight works with established systems like Nortech and Paxton, set up through an approved installer. If access control is central to your move, we make sure it works with your kit first — you never switch on a hope.

And you move on your own terms:

Move to ClubRight Pay and save — or keep what you’ve got

Bring everyone across to ClubRight Pay and start saving on fees, or leave your existing GoCardless, Harlands, DFC or Stripe collections exactly where they are — no migration, running alongside ClubRight Pay. The choice is yours.

Keep your website — or upgrade it, free

Connect ClubRight to the site you already have, or switch to our conversion-focused website, free, and manage one system instead of two. Either way, your enquiries feed straight into your sign-ups and payments.

What actually changes

Same club.
A platform that finally works for you.

You're not switching for the sake of it — you're switching because the software you have now is getting in your way. Here's what's different from day one.

You're in control

Change anything yourself, instantly.

Update a price, launch a promotion, add a class — the moment you think of it, not three days after a support ticket. No call, no wait, no permission needed.

Zerocalls to support needed for a routine change
All in one place

Five tools become
one login.

Memberships, payments, bookings, access control, your member app and your marketing — one platform, one bill. The spreadsheet, the separate payment provider and the booking app all retire.

Grows with you

Growth tools, not
just admin.

Automated funnels, referral schemes, lapsed-member re-engagement — built in, not a bolt-on extra with its own bill.

You won't be left to work it out

You don't have to become
a software expert.

You got into this to coach, not to learn a new system in your evenings. So we don't hand you a login and wish you luck — we teach you the platform properly, from day one.

Access and training the same day you sign up. You'll know your way around before your first member logs in.
A dedicated onboarding contact — not a help article. One person who knows your club and gets you live.
A real UK team on the phone afterwards. When something comes up, a person picks up — not a chatbot, not a ticket queue.

We went through four different gym management systems and were disappointed every time. ClubRight has been the best solution we've used to date. What genuinely sets them apart is the quality of support.

Your members

The switch your members
barely have to think about.

Let's be straight: they will move to a new app. But their payments carry on exactly as before — nothing to re-authorise, nothing to re-enter — so the only real change is the one they'll actually like.

What usually makes members drop off
None of it.
  • Re-authorising their payments
  • Re-entering bank or card details
  • Re-signing a Direct Debit mandate

The friction that quietly loses you members in a switch simply doesn't apply — their existing authorisation carries straight over, with no forms and no emails asking them to act.

The one thing they actually do
Download the app.
  • A quick, one-time setup — a couple of minutes
  • Then book classes and check in in seconds
  • Join and pay online, no trip to the desk

Yes, it's a new app — but that's the upgrade. Most clubs launch the ClubRight member app (styled for your club) alongside a new website, so the change lands as a step up, not a disruption.

“Our 600+ members can now self-book PT sessions directly through the Member App without us lifting a finger.”

Trust & security

Your money and your data
are in safe hands.

Switching means trusting someone new with the two things you can't afford to get wrong — your members' money and their data. Here's why 1,000+ UK clubs already do.

£182M+processed for clubs every year
1,000+UK clubs run on ClubRight
500,000+members managed
4.8/5rated on Capterra
Your payments are FCA-regulated. In the UK, ClubRight Pay runs on London & Zurich for Direct Debit and UNIPaaS for cards — both regulated by the FCA, the watchdog that oversees the banks.
Clear fees, nothing hidden. Your Direct Debits are a flat fee per collection — never a percentage. Card payments are a standard 1.85% + 20p. You see exactly what’s collected, retried and paid out, and when a payment fails we chase it for you automatically.
A real UK team, and your data stays here. When you call, a person picks up — in your time zone, not overseas software with a UK phone number.
How it works

Switching, step by step.
And you're never doing it alone.

You've been burned by a "migration" before, so we get the scepticism. Here's exactly what happens, stage by stage — where we do the heavy lifting, and where we'll need a hand from you.

We do the heavy lifting — payments, data and training — and walk you through the parts that need you. You're never left to work it out alone.

Real clubs, real switches

Clubs that made the move.

Every club below was weighing up the same decision you are now. Here's what they found.

Common questions

Switching, answered.

Will my members notice anything?
Most members won’t notice a thing. Their direct debits continue seamlessly — at most, the collection name on their statement may change. Many clubs use the switch as an opportunity to launch their new branded member app and website, which members love.
What happens to existing direct debits?
We migrate your existing DD mandates across to ClubRight Pay using the bulk change process. This means your members don’t need to sign new mandates — their existing authorisation carries over. There’s no gap in collections and no action required from your members.
What if a collection run falls in the middle of the switch?
Nothing falls through the gap. Your current provider keeps collecting as normal right up until the handover, and the mandate transfer is a single, planned step we agree with you on the kick-off call — there’s no window where collections stop. Your members don’t miss a payment, don’t sign anything new, and the 1st of the month goes ahead like any other.
How long does migration take?
You choose when you go live — there’s no rush. The migration itself is quick: most clubs could be live within 24 hours of their data arriving, but many prefer to pick a go-live date that suits them and their members. Either way, the DD mandate migration runs quietly in the background over 5–10 working days, with no gap in collections and nothing for your members to do.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There’s no setup fee, no migration fee, and no onboarding charge. You pay your monthly subscription and that’s it. We believe the migration should be free because it’s the right thing to do — and because we’re confident you’ll stay once you see the difference.
Can I keep my current payment processor?
Yes. If you’re already collecting through GoCardless, Harlands, DFC or Stripe, we can map those existing recurring payments straight into ClubRight — instantly, with no change to the schedules and nothing for your members to do. They keep running with your current provider while new members go on ClubRight Pay (typically much cheaper than what you’re paying now), and the two run side by side. So you can start on ClubRight without moving a single existing payment, and move the rest over whenever you’re ready.
What if I’m still in a contract with my current provider?
We’ll help you understand your options. Many clubs find that the DD savings alone offset any remaining contract costs. Some providers will negotiate an early exit once they know you’re leaving. Either way, you can book a demo and plan your switch for when you’re ready — there’s no pressure to move before your contract ends.
What kind of support do I get after I switch?
Every club gets dedicated onboarding from a real person — not a video tutorial. Once you’re live, our UK-based support team is available by phone, email, and live chat. We’re rated 4.8 out of 5 on Capterra across 190 reviews, our support team holds a 90.3% satisfaction score — 12 points above the B2B software average — and answers in under 17 minutes on average. You won’t be left to figure things out alone.
Will it work with my access control hardware?
ClubRight works with established access control systems including Nortech and Paxton, set up through an approved installer. Before you commit to anything, we’ll check your specific setup and confirm exactly how it integrates — so you’re never switching on the hope it’ll work. If access control is central to your move, tell us on your demo and we’ll validate it first.
Will my members actually download and use the app?
The member app is deliberately simple — members set themselves up in a couple of minutes, and there’s nothing technical for them to learn. Because their existing payments carry over, nobody is forced to download anything to keep their membership running; the app is there when they want to book a class, check in, or manage their details. Clubs with older memberships use it successfully every day.
I'm not very technical — will I actually be able to use it?
Yes. ClubRight is built for gym and club owners, not IT departments — most of what you do day to day takes a couple of taps. You get access and training the same day you sign up, a dedicated onboarding contact who knows your club and gets you live, and a UK-based support team on the phone whenever something comes up. You're never handed a login and left to work it out on your own.
Will my members have to do anything?
One thing, and it’s a quick one: they download the ClubRight member app (styled for your club) and set themselves up in a couple of minutes. Crucially, none of the friction that loses you members in a switch applies — they don’t re-sign a mandate, re-enter card details, or re-authorise their payments, because their existing authorisation carries straight over. So the only change they make is the one that actually improves things: class booking, check-in and online joining, all in one app.
Is my members’ money and data safe with ClubRight?
ClubRight processes over £182M in member payments for clubs every year and manages data for 500,000+ members across 1,000+ UK clubs. In the UK, ClubRight Pay is built on FCA-regulated payment infrastructure — London & Zurich for Direct Debit and UNIPaaS for card payments. Your data is handled in the UK by a UK-based team. It’s the kind of reliability track record a brand-new platform simply can’t offer.
Do I need to pay extra for marketing and growth tools?
The full operational platform — member management, payments, scheduling, member app, reporting, access control, and your free website — is included on every plan from £79/month. Growth tools like automated sales funnels, referral schemes, and marketing campaigns are included from the Complete plan (£129/month). Nothing is a bolt-on extra — the price you see is the price you pay.
