No. It’s built for coaches, not IT people. We set the whole thing up for you and walk you through it, and most clubs are running within a few days. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use ClubRight.
We’re on paper and cash right now. Can you help?
That’s exactly who we help most. Send us your member list however you keep it — a spreadsheet, a book, or just tell us — and we’ll load your members, set up their Direct Debits and get you off cash for good.
We already collect payments another way. Do our members have to re-sign up?
No. Your existing Direct Debits come across to ClubRight, so members don’t re-sign and nobody misses a payment. Our team does the migration for you — you send us what you’ve got, we set it all up, and there’s no contract tying you in.
Do you take a percentage of my subs?
Your plan is one flat monthly fee from £79 — it never rises as your club grows. Direct Debit collections are a low, flat 40–45p each, never a percentage of your subs. If you also take card payments, they’re a standard 1.85% + 20p.
Can parents manage their children’s memberships?
Yes. One parent login manages all their children — their sessions, bookings and memberships in one place. Each child has their own Direct Debit set up under that login, so you still get paid for every member.
Can members train 24/7?
Yes. ClubRight’s access control lets members train around the clock while you stay in control — only active members get in, expired or frozen accounts are stopped at the door, and every entry is logged. It works with Nortech and Paxton, the UK’s most common systems.
Am I tied into a contract?
Never. No contract and no setup fee. You stay because ClubRight works for your club, not because you’re locked in, and you can cancel any time.
Is my data — and my members’ money — safe?
Yes. In the UK, payments run on FCA-regulated infrastructure — Direct Debit through London & Zurich and cards through UNIPaaS — and everything’s handled by our UK-based team with UK data handling.
