Questions box owners ask.

Can members book classes with caps and waiting lists?

Yes. Set the cap per class and ClubRight holds it, runs the waiting list, and moves the next athlete in when someone drops — all from the members’ app, without going through you.

Does it do 24/7 / open-gym access?

Yes. ClubRight’s access control lets members in around the clock, but only if their membership is active — lapsed or frozen accounts are stopped at the door, and every entry is logged. It works with Nortech and Paxton.

Do you take a percentage of what I collect?

No. Your plan is one flat monthly fee from £79. Direct Debit collections are a low, flat 40–45p each, never a percentage of your takings. If you also take card payments, they’re a standard 1.85% + 20p.

We’re on another platform. Is switching a hassle?

No. Send us what you’ve got and our team brings your members and their payments across — existing Direct Debits come with them, so nobody re-signs. No contract, no setup fee.

Is my data — and my members’ money — safe?

Yes. In the UK, payments run on FCA-regulated infrastructure — Direct Debit through London & Zurich and cards through UNIPaaS — and everything’s handled by our UK-based team with UK data handling.

What if I get stuck?
