Built by someone who ran a gym

Secure 24 was started by a gym owner. The founder opened his own site, Train24, nearly a decade ago and built the monitoring service to fix his own problem, after a career in high-risk search work. The company now watches over sixty clubs across the UK and Ireland. That matters, because remote monitoring done badly is a call centre reading a script — done properly it is someone who understands why a member is standing at the door at twenty to six in the morning.

What happens at two in the morning

The service covers more than watching a camera feed. Entry is verified by QR code, and AI tailgating detection flags when two people go through on one scan — a common source of lost income in an unstaffed gym. Members can press a panic button or talk to a real person over the intercom, which is what makes late-night training feel safe rather than isolating. Enquiries and day passes are handled remotely too, so a walk-in at nine at night isn't a lost sale.

Does Secure 24 integrate with ClubRight?

Not directly. Secure 24 is a supplier ClubRight works with and recommends, rather than a system that passes data back and forth with the platform. Only a small number of ClubRight Connect partners are direct integrations, and their pages say so explicitly. If that distinction matters to what you’re planning — particularly with hardware — ask before you order.

What does Secure 24 do?

Do I have to use Secure 24 to use ClubRight?

No. Nothing in the ClubRight Connect directory is a requirement and nothing is tied to your account. Use your own supplier if you already have one — the directory exists to save you the research, not to steer you.

Does ClubRight charge extra for this?
