And if you make the shortlist, we will want feedback from both your staff and members on what being part of your club means to them. You don’t have to be the biggest gym in your region or offer the most expensive kit to succeed in this category, but you do have to have the drive, passion and commitment to create a business which is proving to be an essential part of the community you serve.
