Which gym management software connects to ChatGPT and Claude?
ClubRight does, on its Complete plan. It is UK gym management software with a built-in MCP connector, so it links to Claude, ChatGPT and any AI tool that supports Model Context Protocol, the open standard AI tools use to connect to other software. Once linked, you ask about your gym from the AI tool you already use.

Can I connect my gym software to ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes, if your software has an MCP connector. ClubRight does, on the Complete plan: you add ClubRight as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT, sign in to your ClubRight account, and from then on you can ask about your members, payments and classes or make changes from that chat. Any subscription to the AI tool itself is between you and its provider.
What is an MCP connector?
MCP, or Model Context Protocol, is the open standard AI tools use to connect to other software. An MCP connector lets an AI tool such as Claude or ChatGPT read from and act on another system on your behalf, using your own login. ClubRight’s connector gives your AI tool access to your club’s live data, so it can answer from your real members, payments and timetable rather than guessing.
What can it do, and what can’t it?
It can look up anything about your members, payments, classes, messages and reports, and make everyday changes: add or edit a member and their notes, freeze or unfreeze a membership, book members onto classes and manage waiting lists, create tasks, tag members, move leads, add plans and products, and send one email or text to a member. Some jobs stay in ClubRight itself: it can’t delete anything, start or cancel a membership or change how it’s billed, take payments or give refunds, add classes to your timetable, send bulk emails or texts, change your automations, or change your club’s settings.
How is this different from Milo?
Milo comes to you; your AI tool answers when you ask. Milo is ClubRight’s own assistant, built in for every login on every plan, and each morning brings you what needs doing and what it would do about it.
