We're building the platform that lets UK fitness businesses take control and grow — and we're a growing, UK-based team doing it. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you, even if there's no role listed for you yet.
What you’d actually be working on.
ClubRight is the platform around 1,000 gyms, martial arts academies and boxing clubs across the UK and Ireland use to run their businesses — memberships, Direct Debits, class bookings, door access, and the member app that sits in roughly half a million pockets.
That makes the work concrete. The payment runs this team ships collect £182m a year for those clubs. A booking screen that’s slow on a Monday morning is something a coach feels straight away. There isn’t much distance between what gets built and the people it lands on.
It started in 2017, built by people who had run gyms themselves and were tired of software that made the job harder. That’s still how most arguments get settled — someone asks what the owner on the gym floor would actually do, and that tends to be the end of it.
The team is UK-based, working remotely, hybrid, or from HQ in Billericay, Essex.
Working here, in practice.
Remote & hybrid
We hire the best person for the job, not just the best person within driving distance of Essex. Work remotely, hybrid, or from HQ.
Quarterly bonus
When ClubRight does well, you do well — our bonus scheme pays out every quarter, not once a year.
Real work-life balance
Not just a line in a job ad. We know what burnout looks like in this industry, and we don’t build our culture around it.
No open roles right now — but that doesn’t mean there’s no seat for you.
We hire when we meet the right person, not just when a job ad goes live. If you think you’d make ClubRight better, tell us why — send your CV and a few lines about what you’d want to work on.
Like what we’re building?
Come build it with us.
No open role that fits? Doesn’t matter. If you think you’d make ClubRight better, tell us where you’d fit and what you’d want to work on.
