Do I have to live near the office?

No. Hiring isn’t limited to people within driving distance of Essex — you can work remotely, hybrid, or from HQ in Billericay, whichever suits you and the role.

There’s a bonus scheme that pays out every quarter rather than once a year — when the business does well, that shows up in your pay four times a year instead of being a single annual event.

Software that around 1,000 gyms, martial arts academies and boxing clubs across the UK and Ireland run on — memberships, Direct Debits, class bookings, door access and a member app used by roughly half a million people. It collects £182m a year for those clubs.
