Clipboard checks, replaced

OpsPal is operations and compliance software for leisure sites. It takes the paper that lives on clipboards and in filing cabinets, including daily checks, risk assessments, procedures and problem logs, and puts it on a screen with a live dashboard showing what has been done and what has not. Every entry is time-stamped and attributed, so when somebody asks who checked what on Tuesday there is an answer rather than an argument.

What it keeps track of

Risk assessments with version control, standard and emergency operating procedures with staff acknowledgement, one-off and recurring tasks shown as red, amber or green, and a training matrix that flags qualifications such as first aid and DBS around 90 days before they expire. Problems can be logged with photos and priority. Audit trails are kept in a form suited to Quest, ukactive TAS and HSE inspections.

Built around UK leisure centres, universities and sports facilities, and since picked up by multi-site operators and organisations outside leisure. It suits a club with staff rotas, plant to check and inspections to face, rather than a small studio where one person does everything anyway. OpsPal and ClubRight

Does OpsPal integrate with ClubRight?

Not directly. OpsPal is a supplier ClubRight works with and recommends, rather than a system that passes data back and forth with the platform. Only a small number of ClubRight Connect partners are direct integrations, and their pages say so explicitly. If that distinction matters to what you’re planning — particularly with hardware — ask before you order.

What does OpsPal do?

Do I have to use OpsPal to use ClubRight?

No. Nothing in the ClubRight Connect directory is a requirement and nothing is tied to your account. Use your own supplier if you already have one — the directory exists to save you the research, not to steer you.

Does ClubRight charge extra for this?

No — ClubRight doesn’t add a fee for a partner being listed or connected. Whatever OpsPal charges for their own product is between you and them. Nobody pays to appear in this directory.
