Pinnacle Security supplies, installs and maintains security equipment across the UK from a base in Nottingham. The rental option is worth asking about if you would rather not put a full camera system on the balance sheet in your first year. They are a Hikvision installer and partner.

Monitoring and response

Cameras only help if somebody is watching them. Pinnacle runs a Webeye-approved control room and monitoring station, and offers key holding, alarm response and mobile patrols. That means an alarm at two in the morning is answered by them rather than by you driving across town in a coat over your pyjamas. For an owner-operator, that is often the most useful thing on the list.

Does Pinnacle Security integrate with ClubRight?

Not directly. Pinnacle Security is a supplier ClubRight works with and recommends, rather than a system that passes data back and forth with the platform. Only a small number of ClubRight Connect partners are direct integrations, and their pages say so explicitly. If that distinction matters to what you’re planning — particularly with hardware — ask before you order.

What does Pinnacle Security do?

Do I have to use Pinnacle Security to use ClubRight?

No. Nothing in the ClubRight Connect directory is a requirement and nothing is tied to your account. Use your own supplier if you already have one — the directory exists to save you the research, not to steer you.

Does ClubRight charge extra for this?

No — ClubRight doesn’t add a fee for a partner being listed or connected. Whatever Pinnacle Security charges for their own product is between you and them. Nobody pays to appear in this directory.
