Which Zoom plan a club actually needs
The free Basic plan caps group meetings at forty minutes with up to a hundred participants — fine for a half-hour circuit, tight for anything longer, and the timer will cut you off mid-class. Pro lifts that to thirty hours per meeting and adds cloud recording, which is where most clubs running regular online classes end up. Business raises the participant cap to three hundred. Uses beyond the timetable
Online classes are the obvious use, but not the only one. Consultations and goal reviews work well over video for members who can't get in during staffed hours. New-member inductions can be done before someone's first visit. Multi-site operators use it for manager catch-ups without anyone driving between sites. And if you record a session, you have something to send to the members who missed it — which quietly turns one class into a small library of content.
