One platform

Different clubs.
The same four jobs.

A boxing gym and a reformer studio look nothing alike from the door. Behind it they are running the same business: get people in, take the money, keep them coming back, and know what’s actually happening. ClubRight is built around those four jobs, and speaks each club’s own language while it does them.

One record per person

Members, students, fighters or juniors: whatever you call them, every visit, payment, booking and note sits on one timeline. Around 500,000 people are on the platform, and 21.7 million check-ins run through it a year.

Money that arrives on its own

Direct Debit and card collection built into the memberships, not bolted alongside them. One low, flat fee per collection, never a percentage of your takings, and failed payments retried and chased for you.

A timetable that runs itself

Classes, gradings, open sessions, courts and 1-to-1s book online 24/7, with waitlists, reminders and attendance recorded automatically. Five million bookings a year, none of them taken by text at 10pm.

Numbers you can act on

Who joined, who lapsed, who stopped turning up and what it’s worth, all on one screen rather than in three spreadsheets. Six in ten clubs on ClubRight grow their membership; the typical one grows 19.3%.

FAQ

Is it built for
a business like mine?

What kinds of business use ClubRight?
Around 1,000 clubs across the UK and Ireland. The largest group is independent gyms, followed by martial arts academies and boxing clubs, then studios (boutique, yoga, Pilates, CrossFit), gymnastics clubs, sports clubs and multi-site groups. The common thread is that people book, pay and turn up; if that describes your business, ClubRight runs it.
Is ClubRight only for gyms?
No. It started with gyms because it was built by ex-gym owners, but martial arts academies and boxing clubs are among the strongest-performing groups on the platform. The language changes with the business. Academies get students, gradings and parent logins rather than members and inductions.
Does it handle a martial arts academy properly?
Yes, and not as a gym with the words swapped. Students sit on one record with their grade history, a parent manages every child from a single login, gradings and belt progress are tracked, and Direct Debit is charged at a flat fee per collection rather than a percentage of your fees. Samurai Karate School added 104 students and grew 35% after moving onto it.
I run more than one site. Does that work?
It does. Each site runs its own memberships and timetable, and a head office add-on sits on top for aggregated reporting, cross-site membership and cross-site bookings. It isn’t a separate product you migrate to later. You add it when the second site opens.
How small is too small?
There is no minimum. Plans include unlimited members and unlimited staff users, so a 40-member academy pays the same as a 400-member gym and nothing changes as you grow. Clubs opening for the first time can apply to the startup programme and run ClubRight free for up to three months, pre-selling memberships before the doors open.
My type of club isn’t on this page. Can it still work?
Almost certainly. Memberships, bookings, payments, door access and messaging are the same mechanics whatever the activity is, and plenty of clubs on the platform don’t fit neatly into any of the categories above. The quickest way to find out is a demo on your own club: an hour, your numbers, pricing included.
