Which of these plug into ClubRight?

Hardly any club runs on one piece of software, so this directory gathers the tools and suppliers around ClubRight in one place. Two kinds of listing appear, and it’s worth knowing which is which before you spend anything on hardware.

Direct integrations

A handful genuinely talk to ClubRight, so information moves between the two systems without anyone typing it in twice. Xero for your accounts, Zoom for online classes, eGym and MyZone for performance and heart-rate data off the gym floor. Where a partner is a direct integration, its page says so.

Recommended suppliers

The rest are companies ClubRight works with and gets asked about: access control hardware, insurance, flooring, consultants, industry bodies. They don’t plug into the platform, and there’s no point pretending they do. They’re listed because owners kept asking who to call, and a straight answer saves a fortnight of searching.

Plenty of software companies publish a wall of logos that quietly implies the whole lot is connected. Knowing which is which before you buy hardware is the difference between something that works on day one and a long afternoon on the phone. On access control specifically, ClubRight is hardware-agnostic: it isn’t tied to one manufacturer’s readers, so the choice stays yours. If a supplier you’re weighing up isn’t listed here, ask before you order.

FAQ

Common questions about
integrations and partners.

Does ClubRight integrate with everything listed here?
No — and it’s worth being straight about that. A small number are direct integrations, where information passes between the two systems automatically. The rest are suppliers ClubRight works with and recommends. They’re listed because clubs ask who to call, not because they’re wired into the platform.
What counts as a direct integration?
That data moves between the two systems without anyone typing it in twice. Xero for your accounts, Zoom for online classes, and eGym and MyZone for performance and heart-rate data from the gym floor. Each of those partner pages says so explicitly.
My supplier isn’t on the list. Can you connect to them?
Ask and we’ll tell you honestly. Sometimes the answer is yes, sometimes there’s a sensible way to work alongside it, and sometimes it isn’t possible. You’ll get a straight answer rather than a maybe — particularly worth doing before you commit to hardware.
Am I obliged to use your recommended suppliers?
Not at all. Nothing on this page is a requirement and nothing is locked to your account. Use your own accountant, your own installer, your own insurer. The directory exists to save you the research, not to steer you.
Will it work with the access control I’ve already got?
ClubRight is hardware-agnostic, so you aren’t tied to one manufacturer’s readers. Nortech and Paxton Net2 are the two systems most UK clubs already run and both connect. If you’ve got something else in the building, check before you replace it — it may not need replacing.
Does any of this cost extra?
The integrations themselves aren’t a paid add-on to ClubRight. What the partner charges for their own product is between you and them — a Xero subscription is still a Xero subscription. Nobody here pays to be listed.
