It was difficult to keep up with admin.
We allow people to book a maximum number of sessions depending on their membership, so those willing to pay more get access to more sessions. However, the admin to manage this process was difficult to keep up with and we often had issues with people booking more sessions than their membership allowed. It was causing constant problems and stopping the club from running smoothly.
If we didn’t address these issues quickly, then it would’ve started to cost us even more time and eventually money.
Why we chose ClubRight.
We actually used ClubRight many years ago before moving to GloFox for a while, but we decided to go back to using ClubRight because we found it simpler to use and much easier to manage.
The only thing we had reservations about was having support available; we’re so focused on running the business and training members that we didn’t want to have to spend hours on a laptop!
Luckily, ClubRight offered plenty of support, which made us feel more comfortable getting to grips with the system again because they’ve added loads of features since we last used the software.
We’re fully in control of our memberships.
Our favourite thing about ClubRight is how simple it is to change and update things. We can update class information in a few clicks, and then we can even send out group messages to notify members of any changes. We pride ourselves on building a community, so being able to communicate with our members so easily helps us maintain this.
The system is overall very simple to navigate. Key info is on the dashboard as soon as we log in, our member data is in a secure database that we can search based on different fields, and the reports tab gives us a clear insight into how the business is performing.
Most importantly, we’re in full control of our memberships. Their Session Limits feature solved our over-booking problem straight away and we can manage waiting lists for classes much more efficiently. It’s made our lives so much easier!
