We’ve been hurriedly working away behind the scenes at ClubRight HQ over the last few months to take our ClubRight and ProRight packages to the next level by adding some valuable new features and making the system even easier to use.
In today’s post, we’re going to be explaining how you can use some of those features to supercharge the customer experience at your club.
See what your customers see.
After listening to your feedback, we wanted to make it easier for Staff and Owners to see what their customers see on their Members App. So, we added a Members App Emulator to our Club Info area that allows you to see exactly how the Member Dashboard, Timetable and more directly from your desktop. That means no more asking members for screenshots when they’re not sure how to make a purchase!
An added bonus of this feature is that you can easily see how many tiles are visible in the App, which prevents you from overwhelming your customers with too many options. Simplicity is key.
Reach your members 24/7 with push notifications.
As we’ve explained in previous blog posts, communicating with your members should be a top priority for your business. Not only does it improve their experience at your club, but it also creates loyal customers that are much less likely to cancel. However, different methods of communication will have different results. Emails sometimes get missed or end up in junk folders, especially if your recipients have their spam filters on. Then there are text messages, but they also have their drawbacks. For example, they can get expensive if you’re sending out hundreds of them at a time and they don’t always get delivered on time if you’re based in an area with poor service.
After taking all of that into consideration, we decided to add a push notification feature to our ProRight software so that you can reach your members anytime, anywhere. Much like email and text, you can use push notifications to re-engage and retain users as well as delivering them a personalised service which – you guessed it – massively enhances your customer experience. They can be set up in just a few clicks, so it requires minimal effort from you and your staff.
ProRight even allows you to send Smart Notifications, which means that if you send a push notification to a group of members, anyone that doesn’t have the Member App on their smartphone will receive an email as a failsafe to make sure that everyone is getting the right information at the right time.
