How to Retain your Members During COVID-19

We’re living in some unsettling and uncertain times at the moment, and businesses everywhere are having to make some tough decisions in regards to how they can support their staff and keep their businesses going.
One key factor to focus on, is to make sure your members keep paying you - regardless of whether we're in a pandemic or not!

What's more, we've added three new features to the ClubRight Application to make retaining members even easier during this difficult period!
1. Introducing the Amber Alert Report which shows members at risk at the earliest time so that you can do your bit in retaining them.
2. We've updated our Red Alert Members Report to show a specific number of times a member has attended over a four week period.
3. You can now email members directly from these reports to make communicating with at-risk members even easier!
