Please note, your referral discount is only applied once your friend has completed their Getting Started Session and after their first payment has been made. Your discount will then be applied to your next monthly bill.
The ClubRight Referral Program is only available to existing clients and referrals made from the 1st April 2022 and onwards. Any previous referrals will unfortunately not be included.
The discount will only apply for as long as both organisations remain clients of ClubRight. If either business cancels their subscription to ClubRight, your monthly fee would increase by 10%.
For example, if you refer one client that gets started, & you are using the Core solution, you will receive a discount of 10%, lowering your monthly fee to £62.10 +VAT per month. If that client cancels their subscription with us, your discount will be removed and your monthly fee will return to the normal price of £69.00 per month +VAT. We will contact you one calendar month prior to notify you of any change to your monthly fee.
To be classed as a new referral, you must enter your friend’s details into the webform above and submit it. You’ll then receive a confirmation email of your referral which you must keep on file.
All prices shown in the graphic above are excluding VAT.
For example, on our Core solution, one referral gives you a discount of 10%, so your usual monthly fee of £79.00 +VAT per month will reduce to £71.10p +VAT.
The referral program is available on our Core & Complete solutions only.
Your discount for referring a friend applies to the product that you have purchased. For example: If you are on Core and your friend chooses Complete, your discount is taken off the Core price and theirs is off the Complete price.
The referral discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
