We’re a privately owned, independent gym based in Doncaster. We currently have 400 members and specialise in a results-driven approach, helping members to build confidence, strength and an overall healthier lifestyle.
Myself and my business partner Joe took over the gym in early 2025 after the previous owners retired with a mission to expand on an already successful gym. Fast forward to now, we offer state-of-the-art exercise equipment and a sunbed, sauna, Personal Training sessions and physio sessions which have allowed us to offer sports rehabilitation alongside our range of health and wellness support.

Running the gym was hectic before ClubRight.
Before we signed up with ClubRight, running the gym was very hectic and it felt like we were always chasing our tails with member admin.
The member side was very old-fashioned; historically, members paid via standing order into a business bank account. Once Joe and I took over, we relied on a Direct Debit collections agency to manage member payments. However, this meant we had limited functionality in terms of marketing, member communications, etc. which were all tools we needed to feel in control of the business in the long term.
Why we chose ClubRight.
We were initially interested in ClubRight because they integrated with the Direct Debit software we were using. Once we organised a discovery session, we found out that they offered an alternative collections system called ClubRight Pay that would save us money on transaction fees and was integrated with the actual memberships in ClubRight rather than a third-party system.
Aside from this, we really liked the idea of having all of our business admin in one place. We were impressed with the system from the first discovery sessions and we had no reservations about signing up because the software looked so easy to use.
Being able to track members who haven’t paid is a lifesaver.
Our favourite part of ClubRight is the integrated Direct Debit collections with ClubRight Pay and how easy it all is to navigate. We feel comfortably in control of our business and on the rare occasion we have a question or something we’re not sure about, their AI Help Button is incredibly useful.
Being able to finally track members that haven’t paid and send an automated notification to them to remind them is a lifesaver, and we can also see a list of expired members right on the dashboard which prompts a member of our team to take action and make sure they renew.
Their customer support team is second to none (especially compared to our previous DD provider). Special thanks to Yoana, Michelle and Albino, who made us feel like our business was in safe hands from day one.
Lastly, ClubRight’s pricing is very competitive and we think it’s fantastic value for the amount of features you get access to.
Would we recommend ClubRight?
If you’re thinking about using ClubRight to run your gym, I would tell you to 100000% make the switch. You won’t go back! We’re really happy with the service and can’t complain at all.
