We’re excited to introduce you to Neena Chauhan and Paul Dunn, ClubRight’s newest account executives!

ClubRight is an all-in-one cloud membership management software trusted by over 1.3 million users worldwide. We exist to help independent gyms, health clubs, dojos and studios eliminate unnecessary admin, simplify payments and supercharge business growth.

The addition of Neena and Paul will allow ClubRight to work with even more businesses in the fitness industry to increase their income, free up their time and focus on running the business.

They’ve already hit the ground running, spreading the word about ClubRight about what ClubRight can do for independent businesses in the fitness industry.

Get to Know Neena & Paul

Neena Chauhan has worked in the fitness industry for the last three years and has worked in sales for the last fifteen. She has a keen interest in the fitness industry; having featured in Women’s Health Magazine and was recently the face of The British Heart Foundation’s Retail Christmas campaign in 2023 after suffering a ‘fluke’ heart attack at the age of 27. Exercise became a core part of Neena’s life, so she decided to help others in similar circumstances through fitness.

Paul Dunn has worked in the leisure industry for the past eighteen years, starting as a gym instructor and personal trainer. He then progressed to commercial club manager across independent gyms, leisure centres and private health clubs. “I even helped launch one of the very first 24/7 low-cost health clubs in Hull back in 2010,” says Paul, so he appreciates the work that goes into opening an independent gym and the day-to-day challenges of running it.

“My favourite part about the industry is how you can essentially recreate yourself,” Neena says. “No matter the situation, there’s always the opportunity to become a healthier, better version of you.”

When asked about his favourite thing about working in the fitness industry, Paul says, “Our industry helps people feel healthy, happy and confident. Over the years I’ve been fortunate to witness many colleagues and gym members build strong healthy habits that have literally changed their lives for the better.”

Neena’s area of expertise lies in building relationships with clients and understanding their deeper needs. She’s all about delivering a high level of service. Before her role at ClubRight, Neena was a Partnerships Manager for a fitness app and has some fantastic insight from a consumer point of view. “I’m excited to see how we can grow the ClubRight brand even bigger than it already is!” says Neena. “I know first-hand what an important role fitness businesses play in their communities, so to be able to give them the tools they need to thrive is going to be incredibly rewarding.”

Paul has built up a working knowledge of gym operations and an understanding of what’s important for club managers. “I’ve led small and large teams throughout my experience as a club manager and have some great memories of my time in-club,” says Paul. “It’s given me a unique understanding of club operations and what club managers really need to deliver exceptional customer service for their members.”

“ClubRight has been doing some great things in the industry. I was drawn to the company because I respect how quickly they’re willing to adapt to the ever-changing digital world we find ourselves in,” says Neena. “I’m looking forward to joining the team!”

What do Neena and Paul get up to away from their desks?

“When I’m not at work, you’ll find me in the gym or travelling!” says Neena. “I also love cooking and trying new restaurants. I love exploring new cuisines and cultures wherever I can.”
