We’re a family-run group training facility based in Washington, Tyne and Wear. Our goal is to help stressed-out parents get back in shape and increase their energy, giving them a confidence boost and feeling better about themselves – which helps them be better role models to their kids!
We’re known for our friendly atmosphere; our members are extremely welcoming and always mindful and helpful to newcomers. We offer mixed sessions to give a family-friendly environment for people to train in, and the support and camaraderie members get when they join our facility is second to none.

Managing the Business Was Difficult.
Before we started using ClubRight, we were using two different software to run the club: one for bookings and one for collecting Direct Debits. This made it very difficult to track who was attending sessions, who had paid, and manage cancellations.
We’d have the booking software and Direct Debit software open side-by-side and manually match up the payment to the member. If a member cancelled, we wouldn’t be aware of it until we looked at our attendance lists, which made it difficult to fill that space again.
The amount of time we were spending on business admin wasn’t sustainable, and it would only increase as more members joined. We wanted a solution that would save us time and money, and be easy for our customers to navigate.
Why we chose ClubRight.
We discovered ClubRight and immediately liked the modern look and the price was great value for money. We had an excellent demonstration of the software and the level of product knowledge from ClubRight’s team instilled a lot of confidence in us from the outset.
After seeing the system in action, we were impressed by how quickly new members could buy a membership. Before, members would have to sign up to two systems before they could purchase a membership, whereas ClubRight makes it possible for them to buy a membership in a matter of minutes.
The only thing that we were worried about was the transition to new software and the migration of our customer data from our old booking software and Direct Debit system. It turns out we needn’t have worried – ClubRight had a data migration specialist to help us every step of the way.
I have so much more time to spend on other areas of the business.
Now that we use ClubRight, everything is in one place: bookings, payments, communications – we open one software at the beginning of the work day and everything is under one roof.
The software is very user-friendly both for us to use from a business point of view and for our customers to use. We’re in complete control of the online member portal and we don’t need to email a software developer if we want to add new membership packages – everything can be done by us. On top of that, we’re able to easily send customised automated messages to our customers to confirm their booking, notify them of class changes, or even collect feedback. A great feature!
We’re able to convert prospective members much more efficiently too – we can send them a sign-up link in an email or email all prospects if we decide to run a special offer. You can easily connect the online joining form and class timetable to your existing website so that all information is in one place for our members.
Aside from the software itself, the Help Chat is extremely responsive. No question is too big or small and their team even organised onboarding sessions for us to teach us how to best use the software in our business.
Overall, I have so much more time to put into the other areas of my business now that I have less admin, which means I can fully show up for my customers and help them achieve their health goals.
Would we recommend ClubRight?
I’d definitely recommend ClubRight. It’s easy to use, it saves me time and it’s cost-effective.
I love the software and we’re not even using all of its features yet! We’re planning to set up and integrate MyZone in early 2025, so we’re very much looking forward to seeing how that works.
