Exciting product updates now available in ClubRight!
We’re excited to share several new features that have been added to ClubRight in the past couple of months. These updates are designed to give you more control, enhance security, and help you manage your club with even greater ease.

👶 Age Restrictions for Memberships, Appointments & Activities
You can now enforce age limits on your offerings to make sure that only members of the appropriate age can sign up. This is perfect for clubs running youth classes, age-specific appointments, or targeted memberships.
Add age limits using simple sliders when creating or editing any membership, activity, or appointment.
Restrictions are applied immediately and enforced automatically.
Available on Core and Complete packages.

✅ Task Sorting Toggle – Prioritise Your Way
We’ve added a new toggle to the Tasks section of the admin dashboard, giving you full control over how tasks are displayed:
Sort tasks by due date in ascending (soonest due first) or descending (latest due first) order.
Ideal for quickly identifying overdue items or planning your week ahead.
Available for all users on all packages.
📦 Product Stock Level Control – No More Overselling!
We’ve introduced a powerful inventory tool to help you manage product stock levels. Once stock reaches zero, the product will be automatically marked as “Out of stock” and unavailable for purchase.
Found under Advanced Options within each product’s settings.
By default, all products can still be oversold – simply tick the ‘Prevent overselling of product’ box to activate this feature.
Helps avoid customer frustration and improves stock accuracy.
Available on Core and Complete packages.
🔐 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Enhanced Security
You can now enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to provide an extra layer of security for your staff logins. Once activated, users will need to enter a one-time password (OTP) every time they log in, helping protect your data and systems from unauthorised access.
Easily enable or disable it via the ‘Club Info’ section under Settings.
This feature is available exclusively for Complete package customers and can be added as a bolt-on for £50/month + VAT.
🕒 Set Your Own Login Timeout Periods (With 2FA)
When 2FA is active, you now have the ability to configure how long users can remain logged in without activity. By default, the timeout is set to one month, but you can now customise this to suit your club’s needs.
Set an inactivity timeout (in minutes) via Club Settings.
This provides even more control over security and access.
Available to Complete customers.
