We’re excited to introduce you to Yoana Yordanova, ClubRight’s brand-new Client Engagement Manager!

She’s hit the ground running and is already busy managing the client experience, helping our users get the most out of ClubRight’s functionality.

Get to Know Yoana

Yoana has worked in the fitness and leisure industry for around six years. Before starting her new position at ClubRight, she was a Project Delivery Manager for a different payments provider. Whilst there, Yoana worked with some of the biggest names in the industry (Places Leisure, Energie and Q Hotels to name a few) and co-managed many complex Direct Debit and software transitions.

“My favourite part about what I do is engaging with clients,” says Yoana. “There’s nothing more rewarding than showing them how to implement features that will undoubtedly make a difference to their business operations.”

When asked about joining the ClubRight team, Yoana said, “It’s been exciting. They’re a great team of like-minded people and have a friendly working environment – along with a brilliant product, of course!”

Outside of work, Yoana loves to cook and exercise as a way to wind down after a busy day. “And if I’m not exercising or cooking, you’ll find me at the park running after my toddler!”
