Our mission is to very simply do everything better, so the design is great but most importantly it just works in a way that gives you back the time to grow the business which means so much to a passionate business owner. I should know, I am indeed one of those passionate people. We had a clean piece of paper to create a software from the start questioning how things have been done in the past and listening to customer’s needs.
Founder and CEO
Wayne is a leading expert in making process work for the gym industry because he built up and sold a Multi Award winning gym himself so he knows exactly what’s required for a gym business to be processed for profit, allowing gym owners to really be in control of their business.
His expertise derives from a successful career in Sales and Marketing bringing a fresh new approach to tackling the issues in the gym industry. In 2012 Wayne won "Business Person of the Year" for the London Borough of Havering acknowledging Wayne’s drive and passion for what he does.
His approach is about putting in customer process using great software to improve how a gym operates which ultimately translates into increased profits. A tangible grass roots approach means that Wayne is always happy to help whatever the question might be.
Wayne's motto is to always minimise the time that is not productive with great process so that you can spend time growing your membership and your profits.
It’s this focus to detail in the ClubRight software that will make it the gym owners choice worldwide.
Gary White FCCA is an accountant with nearly 40 years of experience in the business and corporate world.
Initially qualifying with a national dairy company following a period as a trainee with an industrial concern, Gary set up his own business in 1990 and grew this significantly before merging his practice with a regional accounting firm in 2000. This was built up via a series of acquisitions and organic growth into CBHC, a modern and proactive firm who specialise in helping companies to grow both profitability and value. Gary has considerable experience of the sports industry, where he was once a non-exec director of a Football League club and now chairs a non-league football club in Essex.
Gary now acts as a part time consultant director for CBHC and devotes most of his time to a Research and Development tax consulting practice he co-owns, plus a small number of larger clients. Gary is passionate about helping smaller companies to grow their profits and long term capital values and sits on the board of a number of companies as their external finance director. He particularly enjoys working with IT and tech based companies due to their variety and scalability and loves getting involved with their sales and marketing strategies as well as all financial aspects.
Tina Dulieu has 20 years’ experience of developing and running successful businesses. An international award-winning business coach, Tina is fundamental in developing and monitoring business strategy, keeping the team and business on track to achieve both the short and long term goals. With a degree majoring in mathematics, her strategic mind-set and business acumen enables her to run the operations side of ClubRight and oversee the development and training of our team.
Head Of Technical
Paul has years of technical experience including an industry award. Head of all things code, Paul built the ClubRight software and knows the system back to front. Not your typical technical geek Paul even enjoys (used loosely) a weekly trip to the gym for a PT session.
Head of Customer Success
Melanie has over 15 years’ experience working in PR and Marketing at Marks & Spencer Head Office, where the customer always comes first. Melanie then went on to set up her own award- winning ladies only gym with her husband Wayne. Managing her own business has enabled Melanie to understand completely the running and day to day requirements of the gym industry which has given her the insight and knowledge to run the customer success side of ClubRight.
